Indoor Monsoon Workout Tips

Be it a crazy torrential cloudburst or a mild drizzle, monsoon have a way of getting in the way of our workout. It is very tempting to stay in bed and enjoy a cup of hot chai, but it is equally important to stay fit this season.

Fitness is a lifestyle that requires a certain level of commitment and dedication. Don’t let the rains wash that motivation to keep fit away. We may not all enjoy running in the rain or arriving to a fitness class drenched from the rain, but staying active during the season is important and the easiest way to do that is to try some indoor exercises.

Let’s get started:

Step Ups: All you need for a good cardio workout at home is some stairs. If there are no stairs in or near where you live, use a small bench or stool instead.


Burpees: It will help you to burn that belly fat and increase strength. It is one of the best cardio exercise.


Squats: Not only it is great for your legs but it is an excellent way to work your whole body.


Push Ups: It will tone your arms but also increase your core strength.
